Slimer enters Luigi's pizzeria and is about to eat some food, but Luigi reveals that it's meant for a party for his boss Rafael. He's about to deliver it, but the pizzeria is too busy. Slimer offers to deliver the food instead, and Luigi lets him, so long as he promises not to eat any. However, Manx is watching and wants the food for himself.
Slimer goes off with the food, but Manx blows up an inflatable cake and baits it with a bomb. Slimer does fall for the pretend cake, but instead of blowing up, he tries to eat the bomb, hates the taste, and throws it away. Manx piles a bunch of stuff on top of the bin, then when the bomb goes off, he's flung through the air.
Manx then rings a payphone to distract Slimer so he can steal the food, but this backfires when he gets stuck in the phone box. By now, Rafael is getting hangry and impatient since the food is an hour late, so he gives Luigi an angry phone call.
Then, Manx tries using a large magnet to steal the food (since the plate is made of metal) but instead it grabs other metal things, then sticks to a plane, carrying him with it. Slimer manages to deliver the food, but then bumps into Rafael, making him angry. However, the guests think he did it on purpose and congratulate him for it.
Back at Luigi's place, he and Slimer have a feast to celebrate.
