Midway Elementary is doing a school play on the Five Food Groups which the director hopes to use to get the attention of a famous playwright from Citiesville. However the childerns' acting leaves a lot to be desired, to which the director uses a literal "Drama Bomb" to get the kids to act better. However when Mojo attacks the city while the play is going on, the girls find they're magically bound to continue the play until Bubbles, who was having trouble with her lines, manages to get over her stage fright and quote it without messing up.
Tropes
- Karma Houdini: The director receives no consequence for using the drama bomb. Sure it made the kids act better and got the approval of the playwright, but prevented the girls from going to fight Mojo until Bubbles could do her line correctly. Heck when Blossom asks her if she learned anything, the director just claims she'll use the drama bomb for all her plays from then on.
- Large Ham: The girls while under the effect of the Drama Bomb constantly act dramatically.
