The Mask and Lieutenant Kellaway die in an explosion caused by The Phony Frenchman's bomb and now face a council of angels who go over past events to see which one of them will get into Heaven. But when Kellaway unmasked The Mask and reveals once and for all that The Mask is Stanley Ipkiss, the angel council reveals a horrible secret about themselves as well.

- Clip Show: This episode takes clips from the previous episodes which is when Kellaway explains why The Mask is a troublemaker and the next clips from the previous episodes is when The Mask tells them about the good things he's done.
- Cloudcuckoolander: The Mask is this as the angel council explains to Kellaway as while he is genuinely insane, he is harmless and uses his powers for good even if he has quirks so therefore he is not guilty of anything that Kellaway accuses him of to be responsible for.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: The angel council who turn out to be Dr Amelia Chronos in disguise say that The Mask while chaotic is a good-hearted man and the force for good despite his inappropriate behaviour.
- Nice Guy: The Mask as usual is this being polite to the angels despite their opposite natures and the angels admit this to Kellaway even if he’s messing around with him though they do tell him to be quiet when he starts cheering loudly which out of respect for them does it quietly instead.
- Villain Has a Point: The angel council who are Dr Amelia Chronos and her time clones in disguise say that Kellaway is responsible for all the things that happened to him and that he blames them on The Mask instead of taking responsibility for it which is true since he hounds The Mask endlessly even though despite his chaotic nature The Mask is a superhero who saves him and everyone else in Edge City from the real criminals and the supervillains as well. They are also right that The Mask cannot go through the gates of heaven because though he is a good-hearted person, he’s chaotic which though The Mask denies it but he pulls a wedgie over Kellaway’s head which prove their point and Kellaway agrees with them to have The Mask’s face removed so that he can not go through.
