Julius is trying to leave the firm to start his own, but is distracted by receiving a parking ticket from the court of Wackner. It escalates. David Lee is told they're losing Diane. A guy on the film team has a crush on Marissa.

- The man representing Julius in Wackner's court probably isn't a real lawyer, but is still this trope.
- Faith in the Foe: Diane discusses with her inner representation of Ruth Bader Ginsburg whom to hire to replace Boseman that both she and Liz would want. She points out that Ginsburg and Scalia always got along because of this trope, and thinks maybe that's what she wants.
- Resignations Not Accepted: Wackner absolutely refuses to let Diane and Liz quit as his lawyers, no matter how much they spell out they won't represent him.
