Francis, the bully who beats Timmy Turner up, winds up gaining possession of the Turner's property and Timmy must fight him in a Kung Fu match to get his family's stuff back. However, he can only fight in self defense, which makes him powerless until Tootie gets in Francis’s way.

This episode contains examples of:

  • Amplifier Artifact: Because Timmy is not skilled at Kung Fu, he wishes Cosmo and Wanda were his belt and headband allowing them to enhance his power.
  • The Bet: If Timmy wins the fight, he gets the house and family car back; if Francis wins, he keeps the house, and as for Cosmo and Wanda, he will kill them and eat them.
  • Loophole Abuse: Kung Fu can only be used for self-defense and never for vengeance; Timmy beating the heck out of Francis is what causes him to lose his powers. When Tootie arrives and Francis threatens her, his powers come back and defeats Francis at last, because he is now using his powers to defend Tootie.
    Cosmo: Yay! Loopholes rock!
  • Special Guest: Billy Blanks as himself.
  • Title Drop: While Timmy is defeating Francis, he name drops the episode title as the first rule in his book.
    Timmy: You forgot the first rule of Kung Timmy, Francis: What goes around... comes around!
  • Would Hit a Girl: A shocked Timmy realizes Francis has no problem to do this when he threatens to hit Tootie for supporting Timmy.
