Cleveland wants Junior to go on the school field trip to Washington D.C., but he's afraid to leave home, so Cleveland pays Roberta to go with him. Back at home, Rallo battles with Cleveland, over who gets to sleep with Donna. Meanwhile, Tim and Arianna realize the spark is gone in their marriage, and they try to get it back.

- Adults Are Useless: Field trip councilors, Tim and Arianna, were completely incompetent, the entire time, causing more harm than help to the kids. Tim even clawed a girl's face off. Worst of all, while Roberta was being sexually harassed, Tim and Arianna were nowhere to be found, because they were too busy doing it on the stairs of the Lincoln Memorial. This meant that Junior had to take matters into his own hands, and save her, himself.
