Plot
When a physics problem has him stumped, Sheldon turns to an unlikely partner to help him solve it: Penny.
Tropes:
- The Cameo: If that one lady sounds like Lisa Simpson, it's because that is Yeardly Smith
- Greens Precede Sweets: Sheldon, obsessed by a physics problem, steals Raj's lima beans to use as part of an atomic model to study particle physics better. Raj protests, saying that he can't have his cookie if he doesn't eat the beans first.
- Have You Tried Rebooting?: Howard jokes about Sheldon needing rebooting; Leonard thinks it's a firmware problem.
- Sanity Slippage: Sheldon grows increasingly unhinged the longer he's stumped. First he tries to make a model from his friends' food; then he lays marbles on the floor, on which Penny and Leonard slip on; and finally, he goes to a ball pit in a children's playground, popping out yelling "Bazinga!" as Leonard tries to get him out.
- Shout-Out: Leonard gets a call about Sheldon in the middle of the night. When Penny asks what got him up, he snarks that Sheldon has gotten loose and is terrifying the townsfolk (presumably satirically comparing him to Frankenstein's monster).
