Cheatsy and Kooky Von Koopa send out mini-airships to paint all the denizens of Grass Land. Half the population is painted red, the other half blue. (Including Mario and Luigi, who happen to get caught in the crossfire.) In opposing-color Mushroom People disguises, Cheatsy and Kooky rile the town up to hate each other.
