King Koopa steals the oil of the Sultan of Desert Land through his palace's water pipes, to refuel the Doomship, but the Mario Bros. get wind of only the Sultan's plumbing problems, not knowing there's something else afoot. To prevent the brothers from discovering the hidden plot, Cheatsy uses a magic wand to give Kootie Pie a human disguise to distract them.
