The Titans must find a way to keep all the Jump City residents from moving to Stockton.
This episode contains examples of:
- Book Ends: The Titans wreck Jump City to get some pizza. Then in the ending, they wreck Stockton to get some pizza.
- Heel Realization: The Titans realize that their antics and obnoxious behavior were the reason why everyone moved away from Jump City to Stockton. It doesn't stop them from wrecking Stockton in the episode's ending.
