The privacy of its employees is violated after an employee app begins to track their whereabouts. Amy begins to get annoyed when Dina constantly texts her after she discovers emojis. Jonah begins to get skeptical about the app and pranks Garrett in the process.

- Gaslighting: Jonah admits to gaslighting Garrett by moving things in his locker and changing things in the store to make Garrett paranoid about being watched.
- Prank Gone Too Far: After Garrett calls him crazy for his suspicions about the Cloud 9 app, Jonah messes with Garrett to make him feel crazy, and Sandra joins in. However, this culminates in Sandra sending an email from Garrett's phone threatening to bomb the store. The FBI comes in and chews them out for going too far (and Sandra pins all the blame on Jonah).
- Virtual Assistant Blunder: Garrett sarcastically remarks if Jonah's gonna send an email from Garrett claiming he's gonna bomb the store. Garrett's phone picks up on the remark and asks if Garrett wants to send an email threatening to bomb the store. Garrett and Jonah try to reject it, but Sandra sends it.
