• Troubled Production: The COVID-19 outbreak meant that production on this episode and the season was indefinitely suspended with three days of shooting left. Melissa Benoist and David Harewood seem to have managed to complete their scenes before the suspension. It remains to be seen if the episode will be completed, if it can be shown with the already shot footage or will have to be scrapped. Melissa Benoist has left the show for the season and Katie McGrath is out of contract and may not be available if her scenes have not been completed.
  • On 28th March 2020, David Harewood confirmed on Twitter that for the actors the season is over and that there was a week of filming left when production was shutdown. He thought it unlkely that the episode could air with what had been shot to date.
  • Nicole Maines later stated that the shows producers have a plan in place to complete the season using all the footage that has been shot.
