When the entirety of class fails their tests, Jackie Chu presents an experimental way for them to make up the calvacade of F's: compete in a variety of children's games, and the last one standing get's an A for the rest of the year on top of no homework. What Could Possibly Go Wrong?
- Adaptational Name Change: Dalgona is renamed Misfortune Cookies.
- Adapted Out: Tug-of-War, Marbles, Glass Stepping Stones and the titular Squid Game are never used, instead being swapped out for Heads or Tails and Rock Paper Scissors. Mostly because since it's in a classroom environment, and there aren't much players like in the original series.
- Becoming the Mask: Brooklyn unwillingly has to do this when he steals the guards outfit, because Jackie Chu has it set to self destruct if he tries to retaliate.
- Dying Declaration of Love: Cody only has a single second to tell Ken he loves him before getting shot after breaking his cookie.
- Face Death with Dignity: Jeffy's only reply to seeing he's gonna get shot?
Jeffy: Well, fuck.
- Uncertain Doom: When Brooklyn Guy assaults the Guard, we never see them for the rest of the video, never getting shown if the guard escaped or was detained.
- Whole-Plot Reference: Well, to Squid Game, obviously.
