Westalian agent Twilight is tasked with accomplishing Operation Strix by enrolling a child into Eden Academy to approach Donovan Desmond. As Loid Forger, he begins by putting together the Forger Family.

- Older Than She Looks: While Anya claims to be six, Twilight's first thoughts upon seeing her is that she's no older than five. Seeing as Anya's a telepath, it's quite possible (if not likely) that she invoked this in order to increase her chances of getting adopted.
