    Season 1

September 13, 2001 - March 10, 2002 

  1. "Running Duck" / "Duck Naked": After watching a show called "Running Duck" where a duck tries to run away from an unseen pursuer, Bill walks home, but has a run-in with a hungry alligator named Aldo. / Bill finds he's molting, so he and Aldo enlist the help of Madame Bevousky (actually an alter ego of Bev) to grow his feathers back. September 13, 2001
  2. "Ducks for Hire" / "Hic Hic Hooray": Ed, Oly, and Waddle wind up destroying a biker's scooter and must find a job to pay for it. / Bill and his family need an extra player for tonight's Squaddo tournament, so Aldo volunteers, but Bill's family don't know he's an alligator, so Bill must hide this fact, which becomes difficult when Aldo comes down with the "giccups". September 20, 2001
  3. "Peeking Duck" / "Fred's Meltdown": While using his new telescope, Bill spots Aldo in Cecil and Claire's apartment. What's the alligator doing there? And where have Cecil and Claire disappeared to? / A heatwave has struck Ducktown, and Fred the penguin fortunately has air conditioning… but unfortunately, this results in a town wide power failure. September 27, 2001
  4. "Mind Over Mallard" / "The Fly Who Loved Me": Bill has dreams of flying like the ducks of the past, and wishes to make his dreams come true. / A fly keeps interrupting Bill's sleep, so he instead makes a late-night visit to the Decoy Cafe, only to find there was a reason the fly was bothering him. October 4, 2001
  5. "Feeding Frenzy" / "Bev's Big Day": When Bev refuses to keep serving Ed, Oly, and Waddle due to their outstanding tab, Waddle whips up some unusually green waffles that become popular with Ducktown. / When everyone fails to remember Bev's birthday, she's so upset that she closes her cafe until further notice. October 11, 2001
  6. "Born to Be Wild" / "Bill Hatches an Egg": A head injury in a scooter collision causes Waddle to revert to the ways of a primitive duck. / Bill and Aldo discover an unhatched egg in the park. Bill thinks it's a duck egg while Aldo thinks it's an alligator egg, and are at each other's throats on how to best take care of it. October 18, 2001
  7. "Hey... Bill's on the News" / "Got Milk?": Bill wants to see a special on the Flight Channel, but he doesn't receive that channel, and must install a satellite dish. / The cows are displeased with the working conditions and go on strike, thereby depriving Ducktown of its milk supply. October 25, 2001
  8. "License to Scoot" / "The Old Duck and the Sea": Fred likes a duck named Dottie, so Bill convinces her to join Fred for a trip to the museum. But Fred doesn't know how to, nor have a license to, drive a scooter to get there. / After Aldo wins a bowling trophy, Bill decides he wants to win a trophy of his own, so he goes fishing for the Bug-Eyed Bass, a creature no one has succeeded in catching before. November 1, 2001
  9. "Pest of a Guest" / "Getting Away from It All": Bill hurts Raoul's foot in the window, so Raoul takes advantage of the situation by pretending his foot is injured, forcing Bill to take care of him. / Bill wants a quiet weekend alone, so he travels to a private island by boat, only to become stranded when his boat floats away. February 10, 2002
  10. "Midnight Snack" / "The Visitor": Aldo sleepwalks and almost eats Bill in the process, so a solution to the problem must be found for the sake of their friendship. / A duck-esque creature from outer space named Zug descends to Ducktown and wreaks havoc with his remote. February 17, 2002
  11. "Ducks on Ice" / "Where's Aldo": One winter, it's Penguin Appreciation Day, so Bill, Ed, Oly, Waddle, and Fred go down to Central Pond at Fred's suggestion. However, a strong wind blows them over the frozen pond to the side where there are some alligators, who force them to play against the alligators' children at a game of Ice Pucky. / Bill and Aldo have an argument over Aldo's clumsiness. Aldo leaves, and Bill soon misses him and wants to make up. February 24, 2002
  12. "Great White Hype" / "Waddle's Spud Bud": A boxing match between a duck called Crazy Bob and an alligator called the Green Death will soon take place, dividing everybody on who will win. / Aldo and Bill perform a magic trick to make it appear as though Bill has been turned into a potato. Not realising it's a trick, Waddle is horrified, and takes it upon himself to protect "Bill" from harm. March 3, 2002
  13. "Denture Adventure" / "All In a Day's Work": Fed up with not being taken seriously, Bill secretly takes Cecil's invention, ducky dentures, frightening the other residents of Ducktown. / When Aldo won't disclose what exactly his job at the bowling ball factory is, Bill sneaks in to find out. March 10, 2002

    Season 2

April 12, 2003 - July 5, 2003 

  1. "Holding Pen 13" / "Daredevil Ducks": Ed, Oly, and Waddle fall for a free vacation scam and end up imprisoned at Colonel Snappy's, a Swampwood restaurant. / Ed, Oly, and Waddle try to win a new TV by completing a dare to rub an alligator's stomach until it falls asleep. April 12, 2003
  2. "Aldo the Duck" / "Chasing Andy": Aldo's urges to eat duck become difficult to ignore, so Cecil administers him some duck hormones. / Aldo wants to attend a bowling championship, so he asks Bill to watch his baby cousin Andy. April 19, 2003
  3. "Feet of Fortune" / "The Great Scooter Race": Bill and Aldo learn from Ed, Oly, and Waddle that Madame Bevousky can tell your fortune by looking at your feet. Bev tells Bill he's cursed with bad luck. / With the Ducktown 50 taking place next week, Bev and Ed make a bet: if Bev wins, Ed, Oly, and Waddle must scrub the floors for a month. If Ed wins, he, Oly, and Waddle get free milkshakes for a month. April 26, 2003
  4. "O'Brother What Art Thou" / "Urban Legend": Aldo is part of an alligators only club, the Brothers of the Snapping Snout, so Bill follows him to see what all the fuss is about. / Aldo has a nightmare about Quack the Ripper, a monstrous duck that supposedly shows up every midnight and preys on alligators. To scare the residents of Swampwood, Ed has Waddle dress up like Quack. May 3, 2003
  5. "Fred's Fever" / "You're Grounded": Fred must take a test to become an official citizen of Ducktown. / After some reckless flying, Riolu has his flying license suspended. May 10, 2003
  6. "The Gator in the Mask" / "Lotta Gelata": Aldo wants to attend a duck-only picnic in the park, so he dons a mask. / Fred's cousin Gelata comes to visit and attracts the attention of the male ducks. May 17, 2003
  7. "Feather Island" / "King of the Bongos": Drill Sergeant Duck bans Bill and Aldo from spending time together, so Bev suggests they go on a treasure hunt to the remote Feather Island away from the corrupt official. / Bill takes an opportunity to meet his idol, King of the Bongos. May 24, 2003
  8. "Fred's Secret" / "Aldo's Uncle Artie": After seeing Fred with a mysterious package, Bill, Ed, Oly and Waddle spy on him to find out what he's up to. / Bill befriends Aldo's Uncle Artie, who is blind and doesn't know Bill's a duck. May 31, 2003
  9. "Close Encounters of the Green Kind" / "Gonna Getcha Gator": Waddle is scared by how his new alligator girlfriend Alley drools, giving the impression she'll eat him, so Bill recounts how Aldo struggled to win the trust of others when he was new to Ducktown. / Drill Sergeant Duck wants to win the Outstanding Sergeant of the Year Award, so she tries to manufacture a reason to arrest Aldo, who, being an alligator, is the perfect target. June 7, 2003
  10. "Nothing but the Truth" / "Duck and Cover": Ed can't stop telling lies, so Cecil comes up with an invention which, when sprayed onto someone, forces them to tell the truth. / Bill's failure to save Bev from alligators, with the Ducktown Defense League coming to her rescue instead, prompts Bill to join their ranks. June 14, 2003
  11. "Iced Duck" / "Duck Footed": An ancient cave duck is thawed from a block of ice, and his primitive ways cause trouble in Ducktown. / Bev's dance partner drops out of the 4th Annual Shake & Shimmy dance contest, so Bill replaces him, inviting the ire of Raoul and his girlfriend Evette, who are also competing. June 21, 2003
  12. "Free as a Bird" / "Fowl Weather Feathers": Someone has been making purchases on Bill's credit card, and he doesn't know who. / Ducktown is facing a feather shortage and is in danger from Swampwood. Bill manages to convince Oly to donate some of his feathers, which turn out to have special properties. June 28, 2003
  13. "Duck Lover" / "Outback Quack": Aldo's friendship with a duck gets him shunned by the other alligators. / When Bill's old friend Outback Quack visits and brags about having caught an alligator, Aldo pretends to be Bill's captured gator. July 5, 2003
