Samosa must come to the rescue when his kite lifts Vada dangerously high into the sky.

- Argument of Contradictions: Jalebi is worried Vada will fly away holding Samosa's kite, while Samosa thinks otherwise. The two keep repeating "He will fly off!" "He won't fly off!" to each other until Dhokla interrupts, pointing out Vada is indeed flying off.
- Balloon-Bursting Bird: While he's a hot air balloon, Dhokla is greeted by a bird who thinks his Plant Hair is a nest. When Dhokla tries to shoo it off, the bird gets angry and pecks a hole in him, causing him to deflate.
- Chekhov's Gag: Throughout the episode, Cham Cham chases his loose kite around trying to get it back after the mayor cuts its string. Once Samosa gets his hands on the kite, he tries to use it to fly up to Vada and grab him.
- Comically Missing the Point: Jalebi thinks Vada will fly off because Samosa's kite is strong enough that it could carry him away. Samosa argues against that point, saying Vada can't fly because "he doesn't have wings".
- Event Title: The episode title translates to "Kite Flying" in English, referring to how a kite festival is the episode's main setting.
- Midair Bobbing: Samosa and Jalebi take to the skies by turning Dhokla into a hot air balloon. Dhokla bobs up and down as he floats in the air among the kites.
