Local citizen Dahi Puri Mausi is cooking some food and taste-tests it. She finds it dangerously spicy, and cries "CHHOTE RAJAJI!!!" before an ambulance comes to pick her up. The same thing happens to another citizen, Dosa Anna, when he juggles for a birthday party and tries one of the sweets someone offers him. Cham Cham, who is ironing his shorts, also winds up in an ambulance from the spiciness as soon as he puts on his shorts.
The following day, Samosa comes across his friends, who are all wearing masks and ask why he isn't wearing one. They explain that a strange spiciness epidemic is going around town, and they find a long line of patients waiting at Dr. Goti Sodawala's hospital. When they finally make it to Dr. Goti Sodawala, he explains that nobody knows exactly what's causing the spiciness, and Samosa says they should go find the source of the epidemic.
Samosa and his gang, along with Dr. Goti Sodawala, find a building that is being investigated due to several instances of the spiciness going on within it. Garam Garam News does a news story on it, and while Samosa and his gang are listening, Cham Cham's shorts from earlier mysteriously start to move on their own. They notice the moving shorts and chase after them; the shorts lead them to a house they don't recognize. Whatever is moving in the shorts tries to ring the doorbell, and Samosa helps by ringing the doorbell for it. A green apple lady appears from the door, and two chili peppers, who are the lady's pets, appear from Cham Cham's shorts. The lady thanks Samosa for finding the chili peppers and explains that anything they touch becomes extremely spicy. The chili peppers approach Samosa to hug him, causing him to be hit with the spiciness.
The episode ends with Samosa, who is recovering from the hospital, being visited by his friends and the green apple lady.
