- Chekhov's Gun: The Farmer's chicken was eaten by both the Farmer and Pidsley in secret. When Pidsley shows the Farmer the photos that he believed show the sheep and Bitzer partying, it turns out that they actually show Pidsley devouring the bird much to the Farmer's anger.
- Not So Above It All: At first, Bitzer wants to ground the sheep for partying in their Farmer's house but he eventually decides to join them.
- Replaced with Replica: Pidsley believes that he stole the photos back from Shaun but Shaun has already replaced them with the photos that contain Pidsley's own crime.
- Ungrateful Bastard: Even though Shaun risks his life to save him, Pidsley still tries to use the photos to get him into trouble. Shaun expected this so he had a back-up plan.
