Baseball Episode: Big Bird plays baseball for the first time, and finds he's a natural at the game. Although a long fly ball gets by him, he acquits himself by hitting a tape-measure home run.
Picky Eater: Big Bird is so used to birdseed that he has to be talked into trying new foods (which are favorites of most children): hamburgers, peas and mashed potatoes.
