In the aftermath of last episode's MurderSuicide, the cluster helps Will and Riley leave the museum. They discuss using the pills Croome gave them. Wolfgang thinks that Lila can help them, but Nomi and Amanita are skeptical.

As Sun exercises in the morning sun, Wolfgang and Kala connect in bathrooms in Felix's club/a gala Kala and Rajan are attending, respectively. She questions why their connection is so strong, and why Wolfgang is pulling away from her. Cue Lila. She tells him that her cluster isn't being hunted, and alludes that her working relationship for Fuchs has something to do with that.

Meanwhile, Amanita and Nomi let Bug in on the sensate secret. He assures them his lips are sealed. Back in Seoul, Sun and Min-jung revel in their newfound freedom. Min-jung tells her that Sun is one of the strongest women she's ever known, and advises her to never compromise her heart in her revenge plot.

Nomi listens in on a writers' meet-and-greet at Amanita's bookstore. Agent Bendix follows Amanita on her way back to Bug's, leading to a chase up and down the hills of San Francisco. Zakia visits Capheus again, informing him that her network would like to do a full story on him. Later, Capheus finds himself protesting the rise of water prices; the protesters have accosted a water truck. The driver informs him that water is a commodity. Meanwhile, Kala visits the temple where Jahehdra was stabbed, which is becoming increasingly modernized because of the anti-idolatry bill that was passed recently. This bill also comes with increased protests, demanding the return of the religious artifacts. A protester recognizes her as Manendra's daughter-in-law, causing even more commotion. Kala, Nomi, and Capheus share moments in their increased panic for themselves and their loved ones' safeties. Eventually, water is distributed and Amanita makes it back home.

Kala questions the contents of the pills through Riley, who is visiting the lab of an ex, a drug dealer named Vincent. Vincent's acquaintance Puck analyzes the pills. Vincent manages to be off-putting to the entire cluster, but Puck charms Lito with his taste in movies. Vincent suggests that Riley hold a concert.

Capheus is on a talk show. The host brings up that grassroots activism runs in his family, after his father was killed during a riot organized by a union he formed. Capheus talks about the necessity of water, and suggests that it is a failure of Kibera's representative that things have gotten this bad.

Lito visits Raoul's father, who's a journalist, and asks about his son's disappearance. In Raoul's room, there are photographs of Jonas, Angelica, and some of this clustermates at the cabin Jonas had mentioned. Nomi resolves to find the location of the cabin through the photographs. Raoul has also hidden a cryptic VHS tape showing footage of Angelica's cluster in the clutches of [=BPO=] behind a poster of Lito's first movie. In the video, Whispers appears to be using a prototype of the neural graft equipment he had previously used.

At the same time, detectives question Mrs. Cho because of [[IdiotBall the prison uniforms found in her garbage]]. The detective tailing her winds up being someone Sun had fought in the past, to Sun's surprise, and she knocks him out. Min-jung decides to return to the prison with them as Sun escapes by herself.

Will and Nomi share a dream of Jonas and Angelica arguing with the rest of their cluster. Angelica asks Will to help Jonas as he's lobotomized by [=BPO=].
