Meaningful Rename: After surviving their ordeal with Mushroom Man, Miwa changes his codename from "Karai" to "Armonia", her first codename forever tainted from Shredder using it for the "daughter" that he wants her to be. She chose this because it is Italian for "harmony", a word that her real name — "Miwa" — means in Japanese.
A random sewer worker, and later Michelangelo, hallucinates the Squirrelanoids chasing them. Not only that, but that in his hallucinations, Mikey tries to call out for his siblings, only for them to never appear, something which scares him more than the Squirrelanoids.
April hallucinates her dad being kidnapped by the Kraang again.
Leatherhead hallucinates the Kraang being everywhere.
Mondo Gecko thinks he's being attacked by his parents.
Casey hallucinates swarms of rats.
Raphael hallucinates Slash, his family's corpses in a pile with implications that Raph's biggest fear is becoming a monster. Later the corpses turn into cockroach zombies with roaches crawling all over him.
Miwa hallucinates being hunted by Karai (herself as Shredder's daughter) with the Shredder's blessing to do so. It's this that makes her change her codename.
Donnie hallucinates Mutagen Man, Spike, the Spy-Roach and Raphael; they and April blaming him for their mutations.
