SMG4 and Mario are in a fight after they pranked each other.

One day, Mario decides to prank SMG4 so that he'd listen to his "sad spaghetti story". In retaliation, SMG4 pranks him back, and the two end up fight each other until X decides to help settle things more peacefully... in a series of challenges call "War of the Fat Italians".

• And There Was Much Rejoicing: During the quiz, SMG4 states that if Mario died, he'd party. When Mario asks if he's invited, SMG4 states that he can't come because he would be dead.
• Answer Cut:
• Conflict Killer: The shadowy home invader who threatens to shoot SMG4 brings an end to the conflict.
• Early-Installment Weirdness: The very first W.O.T.F.I. wasn't like the recent ones we know today (challenges for Mario & Glitchy sent by the viewers in order to determine the winner and rap battles) instead it's just a prank war.
• Faux Horrific: "Queen" Mario sentences the killer to having the "pancake police" sent after him, sending the guy crying.
  Luigi: What a baby.
• Heroic Sacrifice: Mario takes the bullet when SMG4 is shot at, but survives because he's too fat.
• They Killed Kenny Again: Luigi gets his head blown off by Mario, who brought a real gun to a fake stand-off.
• Toilet Humor: During the questionnaire, SMG4 claims that Mario's favorite food is Toad's dump from the toilet, which Mario doesn't deny. Mario then claims he'd poop in SMG4's mouth and laugh at him if SMG4 was dangling off a cliff.
