ARMOR — Fearing that his identity will be uncovered, Max is conflicted when a town-wide power outage leaves patients at the hospital in need of help. Meanwhile, Liz turns to Kyle after learning details about the night Rosa died. Elsewhere, Isobel and Michael come up with a plan to deal with Liz, and Master Sergeant Manes seeks help from an unlikely source.

- Power Outage Plot: After the end of the last episode where Max causes a mass blackout with his powers, everyone in Roswell is trying to deal with the effects. The diner is quickly trying to get rid of the perishables and the ice cream, the police and military are investigating on what could have caused the outage and the hospital are trying to do what they can for their patients with the limited energy their generators afford.
