Doc starts having bouts of temper and aggression, while the Blues wonder what happened to O'Malley and Tex. Meanwhile, Sarge fixes Grif and Simmons.
This episode has examples of:
- The Bus Came Back: Doc reappears after being banished to the caves... to be possessed by O'Malley.
- Domestic Abuse: Church admits to Tucker that Tex would rob him and sleep with other guys.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: When Doc suddenly swears to take Vic's eyes in a raspy voice, he immediately realizes how unlike him that is, and concludes that he's stressed out. "Time for yoga!"
- We Can Rebuild Him: Sorta. To help Grif after he was run down by Sheila, Sarge turns Simmons into a cyborg and gives the leftover body parts to Grif.
- Would Hurt a Child: An O'Malley possessed Doc threatens to eat Vic's children, not that he has kids anyway.
