• Because You Were Nice to Me: Part of what warmed Kurst up to Mikey was because he was the only one who refused to use her moniker "Kurst the Worst".
• Pet the Dog: After her talk with Mikey, Kurst makes up for some of her meanness the next day.
• Tranquil Fury: When Kurst bitterly tries to get a rise out of Mikey by tempting him to use her hated nickname "Kurst the Worst", he patiently (but crossly) says no, before remarking that if he were her, he would've said "thank you" for the pudding he bought her.
