A storm washes Peso onto a mysterious, rocky island where he meets a band of lobster-like insects thought to be extinct. But he and the Octonauts must catch a baby tree lobster that ended up in the Octopod and bring him back to Bulls Pyramid.

When Peso tells everyone about his adventure with the Tree Lobsters, no one has really a memory of the name or the form they have, since those creatures are old, so Dashi suggests that probably Peso was dreaming about it since the event that led him to the Tree Lobsters (a pretty bad thunderstorm) was pretty stressful.
