The Last Time Lord meets the last Dodo.

This story follows The Tenth Doctor and his companion Martha Jones who arrive at the Museum of Lost Ones which has in Suspended animation the last of every species in the universe including the Last Dodo but when specimens start going missing it’s up to the Doctor and Martha to find out who is responsible.
- Dark and Troubled Past: In the prologue on Mauritius in the 17th Century “Dorothea” the Dodo lost her entire flock, including her mate to humans. Leaving her as the last Dodo before she is retrieved and brought to the Museum of Lost Ones.
- Doofy Dodo: At first this is tragic as ‘Dorothea’ is just an animal that is unaware that she is the last of her kind. It is more humorous when she is unaware of the danger she is in when she, Martha and the Doctor encounter a Saber-toothed cat and a couple Dinosaurs on the streets of modern London.
- Last of His Kind: The Tenth Doctor and Martha arrive at the “Museum of the Lost Ones” which has the last specimen of every species in the universe alive and in suspended animation, including the titular Last Dodo. The Doctor and Martha are also saved by The Last Black Rhino which charges Frank, who was trying to steal the rhino in order to sell its horn, There is obviously the Doctor himself who is the Last of the Time Lords.
