- Asshole Victim: Given it's likely Torres and Reymundo's families are just two of countless others Reva has ripped off over the years, it's hard to feel sorry for him being dead.
- Cliffhanger: Just as the thing with Torres and Reva is being wrapped up, Parker gets a call from Jimmy — and judging by his reaction, it's not good news...
- Poor Communication Kills:
- When the FBI showed up with the arrest warrant, Torres assumed it was just for assault on Reva and so basically confessed before learning it was for murder.
- Almost happens literally as Lucia's message to Nick made him believe she'd killed Reva so tried to take the fall for her. It turns out she was trying to leave a message to defend him as she thought he killed him. It takes Torres nearly being killed in prison for both to finally talk and realize what happened.
- Title Drop: "Algún Día" means "Someday"; it becomes the episode's Arc Words, representing the promise between Torres and his sister to bring the abusive Reva to justice.
