Joel presents the Porkarina, a musical swine inspired by the incidental music on such shows as ''Series/TheBeverlyHillbillies''. Dr. F uses the opportunity to replace Frank's blood with radiator fluid and surgically attatch a radiator to him, much to his discomfort.
