- Issue 6 (Mage Meadowbrook): The famous healer Mage Meadowbrook comes to an abandoned village. A search for the town's residents will reveal a terrible affliction that may be incurable unless Mage can think quick!
- Issue 7 (Stygian): You’ve met the most legendary ponies in Equestria’s history… now find out how they first came together to battle an unstoppable evil!
- Issue 8 (Rockhoof & Mage Meadowbrook): The group of legendary ponies continues to grow as Rockhoof and Mage Meadowbrook join the group! Each faces unique challenges that will require the help of their peers before disaster strikes!
- Issue 9: Tensions between new allies could unravel the great quest before it begins!
- Issue 10: New dangers plague the legendary ponies, but with the help of a new member, they may be able to overcome the odds long enough to meet their true foe!
- Issue 11: The legendary ponies meet up with the last member of their hoped-for team—the magnificent Starswirl the Bearded! Before the team is complete, Starswirl must overcome suspicions about one of the group.
- Issue 12: The most legendary ponies are all gathered, and now they must face the might of the Sirens! The future of Equestria is at stake, and hidden danger looms in the group’s midst!

- Annual 2018: My Little Pony: Legends of Magic wraps up in oversized fashion with this annual! The Pillars face a new danger that will test their skills as a team and take them one step closer to their fateful final encounter in ancient Equestria!
