In the next round, the Cavalry Battle, Izuku teams up with Ochako, Fumikage and Support Course student Mei. Being the team with most points, they barely evade the advances from the other teams from their class, while the students from Class B take advantage of it to claim points for themselves.
Tropes:
- Golden Snitch: The ten million point headband. And Izuku is wearing it since he finished first in the race event.
- Ocular Gushers: Izuku cries fountains with relief when Ochaco offers to team up with him.
- The Perils of Being the Best: Izuku is initially unable to gather a team for the next event after coming first place in the race and obtaining the ten-million point headband. Luckily, Ochaco offers a team-up with him, Mei Hatsume of the Support Course joins in to try out her new gadgets, and Izuku successfully recruits Fumikage.
- Refusal of the Call: Tenya declines Izuku's offer to team up as he feels he is better challenging his classmates in order to improve himself.
