Billy is not made in God's image.
Clay and Bloberta decide to stay married (if only because a divorce looks bad). Orel learns that everyone is made in God's image, but some are more godlike than others. When he notices that a bandage doesn't blend in with Billy Figurelli's skin, he gets the town to start segregating against the Figurelli family. This ends up benefiting the Figurelli family and inconveniencing the racists, eventually getting some of the kids to side with the Figurellis. Coach Stopframe decides to take care of the problem by torching the Figurelli household, which causes a mass fire around town. Orel is punished for making things too inconvenient for the racists.

- Persecution Flip: The Figurelli's treatment: segregated from the rest of town yet receiving special treatment thanks to Orel.
