Famous gymnastics coach Gunthar Schmidt offers Kimberly the chance of a lifetime, to personally train her to take part in the Pan Global Games. But the hard work takes its toll on the Pink Ranger when Rita and Zedd intentionally increase their attacks, sending Tengas with revived villains like Vampirus & Artisimole, pushing her past the point of exhaustion! Kim's only hope lies in Katherine, but is Rita's spell over her too strong? Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull suspect Gunthar of actually being an international spy!

- Evil Is Petty: Rita's plan is to have several revived monsters attack several different areas at once to intentionally force Kimberly into battle, exhausting herself while trying to train for the Pan Global Games, more interested in ruining Kim's chances than at defeating the Rangers collectively.
- Heroic RRoD: Kimberly doesn't have her Power Coin, so she has to conserve her power. The villains forced her to help her friends fight off monsters and Tengas, leading her to become too exhausted to practice well, as a result she fell and hurt herself.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Kat has a realization of this when Kimberly falls while practicing her gymnastics at the Youth Center. Thankfully, her presence there allowed a quick trip to the hospital.
