Jason and Zack offer to help a young friend make Ernie's soccer team. But, Rita has games of her own to play and sends down the Socadillo to roll over the Rangers.

- Be the Ball: Socadillo
- Know-Nothing Know-It-All: Bulk is in fine form, as usual, thinking that you don't have to practice at something to be good at it. Skull has apparently never practiced at anything in his life. Go figure.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Bulk's messing around in the hallway causes Tommy to bang his communicator into the wall, causing it to malfunction and later getting it confiscated by Miss Appleby.
- The Runt at the End: Likely the reason for why Roger wasn't picked for the initial soccer team.
- You Can See That, Right?: Jason and Zack upon seeing the Putties playing soccer with the rolled-up Socadillo. It quickly turns to an Oh, Crap! moment when the Putties stop playing around and kick it towards them.
- Averted with Ernie hearing Billy and the girls' communicators go off; they pretend not to hear anything in order to keep their secret. Fortunately for them, Ernie writes it off due to his stress.
