Inukai's new plan consists of making mechanical animals out of cars.
- Big Damn Heroes: Colonel saves Mega Man using his Colonal Army to take out Flash Man Desert Man and Video Man.
- Chekhov's Gag: Lan and Mr. Famous collecting natural enemy figurines from chocolate balls turns out quite handy when dealing with cars brought to life and thinking they're animals.
- The Mind Is a Plaything of the Body: Non-organic example. The cars behave like the animals they resemble. A car resembling a bull gets worked up by the red paint on Mr. Famous' car. He then covers it with blue paint to shake off the bull.
- Mythology Gag: Lan's idea of using natural enemies among the car animals is similar to Beast Man's level in Battle Network 3 where the player would need to get rid of animal themed viruses with corersponding programs.
- Take That!: Possibly to chocolate ball prizes. Lan's natural enemy prize at the end is that of a kid upset over getting the same prize.
