While stuck in a line of deceased Yodonheim citizens awaiting their fate, Yodonna makes a quick escape from her destiny in the afterlife, ending up back on Earth, albeit as an invisible ghost. There, she crosses paths with Mizuki and ends up becoming her host after a failed attempt on Juru's life. Now, possessing Mizuki's body, Yodonna accidentally gets caught up in the affairs of the police, who are trying to investigate a crime syndicate specializing in illegally selling organs. Will Yodonna and Mizuki survive this misadventure?

Tropes:

  • Back from the Dead: Yodonna aims to return to the world of the living after being killed by Emperor Yodon. To facilitate this, she steals a device meant to transfer the life force of one person to another.
  • Bloodier and Gorier: Given that this is a TTFC original series, it's unsurprising that the violence is more visceral than the original show.
  • Dance Battler: Mizuki defeats Yanako by dancing along to the Kiramager ending theme, somehow.
  • A Day in the Limelight: The special as a whole is notable for being the first villain-centric Sentai spinoff. In particular, Yodonna serves as the special's protagonist.
  • Spanner in the Works: Yodonna intended to use the life swap device to return to the world and get revenge on Kiramai Red at the same time, but Mizuki gets in her way at the last moment, forcing the two women to share a body while Juuru is unaware of what's going on.
  • Unfortunate Item Swap: The episode's events get kickstarted when Mizuki and her brother Shosuke inadvertently swap phones after bumping into each other at home. Shosuke's phone happens to have evidence of an Organ Theft operation run by the Yakuza.
