Mayor Meanswell organizes a Lazy Scout scavenger hunt in town, and all the noise and activity infuriates Robbie Rotten. Robbie disguises himself as a Scoutmaster General and replaces the cards to lead the kids on a wild goose chase while he traps Sportacus.
Unfortunately for Robbie, he gets stuck too, and he and Sportacus are both trapped in an underground recycling center. Robbie's flailing turns the machine on, and it's up to the kids to work together to find and help them before they're crushed!

- Call-Back: Robbie previously tried the Scoutmaster trick in "Lazy Scouts," and Mayor Meanswell's piloting skills were previously shown in "Dancing Dreams."
- Ignored Epiphany: Robbie reconsiders his evil ways at the end of the episode and wonders if he could be a superhero instead, only to immediately change his mind.
- The Walls Are Closing In: Sportacus and Robbie are nearly crushed by the recycling center's moving walls.
