Sportacus takes time out to answer viewers' mail, and the most common question from kids is how to be a superhero. He goes through an ordinary day, helping everyone he can and making sure to stay active, as he loves to move and challenge himself. At the end of a long day, it's time to sleep and start it over the next day!
