Pixel has invented a remote control to do everything in life for him, even games—it can control the motion of any object or person, rewind and fast-forward, mute, and pause them. (It also has a dance option.) While he eventually realizes it's better to do things in person than take the easy way out, Robbie Rotten has no such qualms and steals the remote.
Relishing his newfound power, Robbie pauses most of the citizens and even controls Sportacus, planning to knock him out of town with a bulldozer. Pixel must step up to the plate and recover the remote before LazyTown is put on pause for good!
This episode contains examples of:
- Involuntary Dance: One of the things Robbie chooses to do with the titular remote is making Sportacus perform a dance, much to his confusion and the villain's amusement.
- People Puppets: Pixel invents a remote that can control time, objects and people. Once Robbie gets the remote he has fun controlling Sportacus before freezing him in midair.
