Stephanie is preparing to go on a camping trip with the other kids, but Robbie Rotten disguises himself as a scoutmaster to make everyone lazy. The Lazy Scouts are all about not doing anything, and Stephanie is the only holdout against Robbie when everyone else follows his advice. The Mayor decides Stephanie can scout with Sportacus, and when a huge windstorm strikes, Stephanie and Sportacus will have to be ready to save everyone!
