A merger and acquisitions expert is found shot to death. One of the first suspects is Simon Vilanis (Eli Wallach), who lost his job of 40 years, his pension, and even his home thanks to Marshall McFadden. While his gun was used, the trail leads all the way to a banker who is a friend of Schiff.
