Price and Maroun face an agonizing choice when they must decide which one of two people to punish: the murderer who shot and killed his boss after she learned he was stealing drugs, or the trafficker of child pornography who witnessed the murder and demands complete immunity as the price for his testimony.
- Bittersweet Ending: Hines is convinced of murdering Fenton, but Price gives Shavers immunity in order to obtain the conviction, resulting in Shavers getting away with his horrific crimes.
