A man recently exonerated for murder is found dead not long after accusing the lawyer who got him off of swindling him out of his settlement money. During the lawyer's murder trial, Price and Maroun encounter difficulties with both verification of identity, and the plethora of additional suspects.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Parker made his living exploiting wrongfully convicted inmates. He was then arrested for a crime he didn't commit and subjected to the same degradations that his victims endured while he exploited them.
- Wrongfully Accused: The victim, Jordan, was this in a previous case. His lawyer then becomes subject to this trope as well when he's arrested for Jordan's murder even though he didn't do it.
