In Neverland, the Lost Boys are exploring their camp when they find a treasure map; unfortunately for them, Aqua takes it first. Peter Pan and Tinker Bell appear, and Pan tells them that whoever found it first gets to become the leader of their "expatition" to find treasure. Aqua tries to give it back, saying that she's busy, but Peter Pan says that no one else can become the leader, so she agrees to join them. Along the way, they encounter Hook, but Peter Pan has no interest in dealing with him at the moment. On his orders, Smee begins firing the ship's cannons, forcing them to flee.
The group reaches a cliff, and the map says that the treasure is at the top. Tinker Bell sprinkles some pixie dust, which allows them to fly up to the top. They follow the trail, but they end up back at the start. Hook reappears and prepares to take a treasure chest, but when Smee opens it, Hook sees that there are just wooden toys inside. The Lost Boys tell him that they lost the pirate treasure, much to Hook's annoyance. He prepares to fight them, but the crocodile that stole his hand appears and scares him away. Aqua finds Ventus's toy Keyblade in the chest, and Peter Pan tells her that he was there earlier. Aqua comes to the realization that "someone else" was also there, so she leaves to find him on her own.
Aqua returns to the camp, where she encounters Vanitas again. He takes Ven's toy Keyblade and breaks it. Vanitas tells Aqua that he no longer has any use for her before attacking. Aqua manages to defeat him, but the battle wears her out so much that she faints. As she goes unconscious, she has a memory of when she, Terra, and Ven were still friendly with each other. Later, she comes to when Peter Pan wakes her up. As Aqua begins to leave, Pan asks her and her friends to return to Neverland one day, which she says she would enjoy. With that, Aqua leaves that world behind...
