Dokko and Carlin want to invite Pin on an expedition, but Pin declines, saying he's comfortable at home. They leave without him, and Pin spends the day building a jetpack so he can travel without leaving his home territory. As he flies, he notices a border over his house, and decides to investigate. Krash and Chiko, who are guarding the gate, tell him that since he's not on the list, he can't pass. He then replies he doesn't need to anyway, but spends the night sleepless, demanding to know who gave Krash and Chiko the list. They redirect him to Wally, who tells that Barry told him to do it. Barry, however, is off fishing, so Pin decides to wait for him to return.
Later, Pin finds out that there is a waterfall in the woods, and decides to go see it, but Krash and Chiko prevent him from going there. Just then, Barry returns from his fishing trip, so Pin asks him who gave him the names of those who can pass the border. Barry redirects him to Olga, so he runs to her, but meets Rosa, who tells him that if he wants to leave, he can just pass through. Pin does just that, and admires the waterfall. At night, he finally aska Olga about whose idea was this, and it turns out that Dokko and Carlin planned all this out so he can stop being reclusive. Pin then decides to get his revenge, and goes off to the expedition on his own, while putting a sign near the seaside saying that Carlin is not allowed to swim. Carlin is baffled by this, since he can't swim anyway. Dokko offers him to wait until Pin returns and gives him permission to swim, Carlin refuses to wait, dives into the sea and learns to swim.
