A discarded Tennis Coach-Type HumaGear known as Lovechan is brought into HIDEN Manufacturing! Lovechan has taken on the dream of a young high schooler named Keita, who wishes to become a professional tennis player in the Grand Slam! However, the exact reason as to why this HumaGear was discarded remains a mystery... Meanwhile, Yua receives an unbelievable order from Gai! "Take out Fuwa..." Furthermore, a surprised and shocked Yua listens to Gai's revelation about another of Fuwa's secrets...!
- Borrowed Catchphrase: When Yua finally gets the resolve to stand up to Gai, she announces that she will turn Zaia into scrap, just like how Fuwa frequently announces it to his enemies.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: With the help of Fuwa, Yua finally transforms back in Kamen Rider Valkyrie to kick Gai's ass.
- Heroic BSoD: Fuwa goes into a short one after Gai reveals that his memories were a lie.
- Hot-Blooded: Love-chan is very enthusiastic about his job as a tennis coach and helping Keita in his dream of reaching the Grand Slam. Unfortunately for him, Keita doesn't want to go the Grand Slam, and his boundless enthusiasm and single-minded focus on it is essentially why Keita dumped him in the first place.
- It's All My Fault: Yua admits this word for word to Fuwa in this episode, as she was being used by ZAIA.
- Poor Communication Kills: Its clear by the ending that Keita could have saved a lot of trouble if he had told Love-Chan that he didn't want to go the the Grand Slam from the get go.
- She's Back: Yua transforms into Kamen Rider Valkyrie again since episode 26.
- Spanner in the Works: Keita getting rid of Love-Chan after he was shutdown would've gone without a hitch if not only for Hiden Manufacturing finding the illegally discarded Humagear and reactivating him.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Yua gives Gai a pretty good one after he's gone too far in manipulating Fuwa for his own gain.
- The Reveal: Fuwa's memories of his Dark and Troubled Past were a fabrication by Gai using his chip implant in order to fuel his hatred toward Humagears. In other words, Fuwa hates Humagears for nothing.
- This Is Unforgivable!: Yua says this pretty much word for word in her "The Reason You Suck" Speech.
- Uncertain Doom: It's shown something happened to Dewaga and Shida (The 2 AIMS officers who wore sunglasses) by the time Yua goes to the van, as seen by the fact that she finds the A.I.M.S van's backdoor wide open with neither of them in sight, and sees spent bullet casings and one of their sunglasses on the ground. Considering that they were fine after being defeated by Zero-One and she's attacked by 2 Battle Raiders immediately after finding the scene, it does not spell well for them.
- Wham Line: Gai's reveal of Fuwa's past as a lie.
- Wham Shot: Yua finally quitting ZAIA for good; afterward, it seems like she had nowhere to go... only to be approached by Metsuboujinrai, who seeks her help in freeing Naki.
- You Have Failed Me: It's implied that Gai planned to get rid of Yua if she failed to kill Fuwa, as seen when she's ambushed by 2 Battle Raiders after she comes back to her van, and is only saved at the last minute by Fuwa.
