The Inves are invading, Kouta's sister takes shelter, and Kouta patrols with the others. Trying to get the Golden Fruit, Ryoma reveals Project Ark to the world, which erupts into chaos. Then, without help from the Japanese government or Yggdrasill, Kouta and the other Riders lend a hand to the people left behind.
- And Then What?: When Kouta starts questioning Yoko's allegiances, she then turns the question around on him and asks what he intends to do after the world is safe from Helheim. Kouta is unable to give Yoko a satisfactory answer.
- Chekhov's Gag: Remember that gag with Oren gushing over Takatora? It's the key to helping Kouta figure out that the Zangetsu that's been attacking him the previous few episodes is not the same one he befriended.
- Oh, Crap!: Micchy when Oren manages to expose him as an impostor Zangetsu, and when he sees that Kouta is loading his Kiwami Arms finisher and aiming for him.
- Orwellian Retcon: The original airing showed a map of Zawame City that was lifted from Batman. The home video release edits this out and replaces it with an original map.
- Shout-Out: The layout of Zawame City seen in the broadcast version (but not home video) is an almost exact copy of the layout of Gotham City. Even better, the whole business with the small number of exits making it easier for the government to isolate Zawame City narrows it down to a specific adaptation. It makes sense for this plot point, as the previous few episodes, Ryoma was pulling off something similar to Batman's scanner system in the climax.
- The Unmasqued World: Professor Ryoma leaks Yggdrasil's plans to the entire world, causing massive political upheavals... and then Redyue openly declares war on all of humanity.
- Wham Line: All hell breaks loose:Ryoma: I've just announced the gory details of Project Ark to the whole world.
