"The Crappy Cliff" is the 1st episode of Inanimate Insanity and the 1st episode overall. It aired on April 1st, 2011 but was reuploaded on the 14th of September 2011 after being deleted.
14 contestants are chosen to compete in a reality show called Inanimate Insanity. Mephone4 is their host.
Episode contains the following tropes:
- Added Alliterative Appeal: The Crappy Cliff.
- Don't Try This at Home: At the start, it warns the viewers that the scenes are performed by animated objects so they shouldn't try it at home.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: MePhone4 is voiced by Christian Potenza, the voice actor of Chris from Total Drama
- Instantly Proven Wrong: Pickle claims he has loads of experience jumping off cliffs... then he falls into the elephant feces.
- Out of Focus: Many characters, such as OJ are not focused on in the episode due to the show skipping most of the action.
- Stylistic Suck: The animation is so lazy that the sad mouths are just upside down happy mouths, so their tounge is in the roof of their mouths.
- Toilet Humour: The challenge is to jump off a cliff into water, and if you don't... you land in elephant feces.
