Chief begins hanging out with a daredevil dog. Tabitha is taken to a cat show, only to learn that she is being placed with a group of 'has-been' show cats. Diablo becomes a purse dog and gets overconfident with himself.

- Acquired Situational Narcissism: Diablo gets this after joining a band of purse dogs, to the point of insulting Elsa when she comes to greet him.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: At the end, Diablo addresses the audience and shows them a clip of his owner complaining about him defecating in her purse, much to the group's confusion since they can't see anything.
- Hollywood Mid-Life Crisis: Chief begins feeling self-conscious about his age, so he hangs out with a younger dog to cope with it.
- Laser-Guided Karma: After insulting Elsa, Diablo's owner's purse with him in it is snatched by a thief.
- Persona Non Grata: Due to instigating the chaos at the cat show, Tabitha is now barred from competing in them.
- Too Important to Walk: The purse dogs as a whole are this, with one of them, Bowie, is pushed out of her purse by Diablo and has difficulty standing up.
