Alternate Calendar: As a result of Marusheena rebranding the Gouraigers as Jakanja Spears, the week now has 10 days, and there are only 36 weeks in a year.
Anti-Climax: Instead of Tsuu Shogun’s dreamed of epic battle between two Ninja trios, the Gouraigers return to normal when they see the Akibarangers digging Akagi out from under rubble, which reminds them of their construction careers.
Bittersweet Ending: Hadezukin is defeated and the world returns to the normal calendar, but the Akibarangers have met their nemesis, who is now working on a stronger monster to defeat them.
Gone Horribly Right: Tsuu Shogun turned the Gouraigers into the Jakangers so he could have a three-on-three battle with the Hurricanegers when they showed up to aid the Akibarangers. But due to Marusheena deciding to rebrand them as Jakanja Spears, the week gains three more days that discriminate against Otakus like him.
"I Know You're in There Somewhere" Fight: Akagi and Yuko try to revitalise the Gouraigers’ memories of being Earth ninjas. Unfortunately, they choose to use techniques from Dynaman and Kakuranger, which confuse the pair more than anything.
Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain: Once the Gouraigers return to normal and Tsuu Shogun returns to reality, Hadezukin is left with no recourse but to beg for mercy.
Internal Reveal: The Akibarangers learn that the “conessieur” is actually Tsuu Shogun.
Negated Moment of Awesome: Despite the best efforts of the Akibarangers, the Hurricanegers are no match for the corrupted Gouraigers and Hadezukin.
Orcus on His Throne: Tsuu Shogun tries to defy this by entering the battle himself, but gets returned to reality so he can answer a delivery.
Wham Episode: The Akibarangers and General Pain learn who each other are. AND General Pain can now enter the delusion world.
Star-Making Role is instead performed by a soundalike.
